Service-Based Business

squeblenstryxell provides celebration planning services rather than physical products. As such, traditional return policies do not apply. This policy outlines our approach to cancellations and refunds for our planning services.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. The following terms apply:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any costs already incurred
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date are subject to the terms outlined in your service agreement
• Deposits and payments for services already rendered are non-refundable

Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it within 14 business days of receiving your written cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.

Service Modifications

We understand that plans may change. We are happy to discuss modifications to your celebration package, including date changes or service adjustments, subject to availability and any additional costs.
