Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

In the event of any dispute, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 60 days, you agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that you may bring individual claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
